Title: Marketing Campaign Coordinator (Entry level)
Location: West Chicago, Illinois 60175
Pay $18hr (Weekly pay)
Remote -until office opens
6 month temp to hire permanent
Full-time: M-F

Our client is a Top-ranked national direct marketing agency, who is seeking an experienced Marketing Campaign Coordinator to join their team! Go-getter with strong attention to detail and communication skills with the ability to multi-task. Customer service is key. You will be working with enrollments and sales reps. Candidates with salesforce a plus!

Job Duties:
Primary point of contact for field sales teams to execute direct mail campaigns
Captures all dealer requested details for each campaign, working with Creative, Data, and Production to in-market each individual direct mail enrollment
Ensure all information is captured on the enrollment forms; work with Sales team to gather all needed info
Oversees implementation of all campaigns ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely execution
Ensures that all client requests are handled in a timely manner
Work with various internal and external data partners to ensure accuracy
Works with creative team on campaign development
Maintains high quality control procedures and make recommendations as necessary for improvements
Ensures all processes are documented
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred or related work experience
1 -2 years experience in a customer support role involved in marketing/campaign management and/or project coordinating,
1yr of strong excel skill- merge files, vlook-ups and removing duplicates
Some experience supporting internal sales teams and external clients
Computer savvy and ability to use CRM’s- ability to work with up to 14 different portals
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a cross functional dynamic team environment
Ability to maintain positive, professional demeanor at all times
Attention to detail is a must
Salesforce experience is a plus!
