We are seeking a Customer Service / Admin Assistant to join our team.
You will perform clerical, administrative, customer scheduling and employee scheduling functions in order to drive company success. Some sales and we have on the job training. This is not a cold position.
Responsibilities:
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Plan and schedule installation appointments
If have Quickbooks experience this is a plus plus
Mention if you have Microsoft Excel experience
If you have Adobe experience this is also a plus plus
Attend company functions, trade shows and vendor events.
Attend weekly and quarterly meetings to drive the success of the business.
Answer inbound telephone calls
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Perform various office tasks
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields desired
Previous customer service skills desired
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
