Position Summary:
Client interaction including day-today account management for new and existing business. This role requires a positive attitude and can do anything team player.
Position Task Responsibilities
Prepare Proposals, Analyze Quotes, Prepare submissions
Manage receipt of renewal quotes and policies;
Prepare Premium Comparison Summary
Bind accounts with carriers, complete binding process on TAM
Issue Change Requests and Certificates
Check Endorsements and Audits for accuracy when required
Complete coverage summary checklist
Check policies for accuracy and assemble for delivery
Position Experience and Abilities
Minimum 2 years commercial CSR experience
Knowledge of Applied(Agency Manager)or other agency management system
Ability to multi task, prioritize, organize and time manage high volume work load
Ability to work with multiple producers books of accounts
Willingness to provide assistance to other CSRs during peak volume workload demands
