Administrative Assistant for Plastic Surgeon's Office

Dr Speron Plastic Surgery, SC has an opening for a Part Time Administrative Assistant to support the daily activities of this plastic surgery office.

Dr Speron Plastic Surgery, SC is an established 19 year old business looking to add a team-player who is passionate about establishing a long-term relationship. While the right experience is helpful, we are just as interested in candidates with great attitudes and ideas.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting all daily office activities.

Duties include:

- Coordinate day-to-day activities of company including on-going patient management, marketing analysis and implementation and core strategy development and execution.

- Support the entire team by pitching in whenever and wherever needed.

- Augment policies, best practices and enforce standards for information and data analysis.

- Collaboratively develop strategy with internal and external resources to maximize performance, including effective and efficient use of staff.

- Evaluate and integrate marketing capabilities into all aspects of these businesses. Lead the creation, execution and tracking of marketing resources to include website, print, TV and radio advertising.

- Participate in Forecasting, Budgeting, Public Relations and development and implementation of consumer marketing strategy and activities.

Administrative Assistant Qualifications:

Four year college degree preferred.

Successive positions with increasing responsibilities desired.

Office experience preferred. Insurance experience a plus
