Seasonal Office Assistant (Holiday Support)
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Seasonal Office Assistant to support our business during the busy holiday season. This role includes:
Basic data entry
Accounts receivable and invoicing
Answering phone calls and emails
Preparing UPS shipping labels
Filing, sorting, and general office tasks
You will work directly with the business owner and manager; and gain hands-on experience in a supportive office environment.

Strong attention to detail
Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Great communication skills
Reliable and able to work well with others
Note: This is a seasonal, temporary position in the mornings. Looking to fill this position mid-October. This position will go until the end of December.
