An established and growing Chicago-based property management company is seeking an experienced PROPERTY MANAGER. This position will work 30 hours per week.
This newest development provides high quality housing with assistive services, in support of our companys mission.
To help us reach our goals, we would like an experienced manager:
Minimum of 3 years of on-site property management experience
Strong administrative, organizational, customer service and communication skills
Computer savvy; YARDI or similar property software experience preferred
