Key Responsibilities

The Sales Associate / Account Executive sells and services new and existing accounts. The position is primarily responsible for creating and generating revenues from new customers and for performing sales and service functions for targeted markets or programs as assigned. Initiates and follows up with new or established customers to sell company’s products, resolve problems or answer questions.

Prepares, processes, reviews and monitors various documents such as contracts, request for information (RFI)/request for proposal (RFP) for potential customers, and other documents.

Contacts current and prospective customers to sell and explain company products, perform account rounding and solicit new business within the market area.

Prepares and presents proposals and quotes and recommends products based on customer needs.

Generate sales leads via telephone, email, social media, customer relationships, etc.

Develops and delivers sales speech (over the phone) in a professional and effective manner.

Performs in a manner that will prevent errors and omissions.

Exceeds or at a minimum meets sales and profitability goals.

Maintain up-to-date awareness of company products, industry trends and government regulations.

Skills & Experience

High school diploma or GED and two to three years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience with MS Suite including Word, Excel, Google Sheets/Docs.

Sales or Marketing or Telemarketing experience.

Salesforce experience is a plus.

Experience with inventory management systems and E-commerce platform.

Vape knowledge is a plus

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week.
