Wholesale Sales Account Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Wholesale Sales Account Executive who knows the Health & beauty market and OTC pain management market.

The responsibilities will include connecting with buyers and distributors relationships, in the contemporary market as well as managing accounts to grow business. The candidate must be creative and innovative on ways to boost sales while keeping in mind the innovate brand. A deep understanding of the Brand and each product is extremely important. You are required to create your plan then meet goals set in place per quarter.

You must be a strategist, goal oriented, motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and driven by successful results.

Job Summary:

The objective is to grow sales and profits through new Accounts therefore expanding the business within the United States and International opportunities. The candidate must analyze, forecast, and project innovate market/annual account sales goals. Maximize selling opportunities using your negotiation and inter-personal skills in order to meet sales goals. This position is responsible for managing all facets of the sales process.

The candidate must have at least 5 years of wholesale professional experience within health & beauty products and OTC pain product. This is a full-time staff position located in Chicago IL. Only Account Executives with experience market should apply.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for managing Domestic & International Specialty Accounts + selected Majors.

Prepare yearly, Sales projection by accounts, and review opportunities for market to market growth and ensure meeting overall budgets that are set

Maintain and foster close professional relationships with all Accounts to generate new sales, inclusive of event ideas, eblasts and Brand visibility

Manage product innovation quarterly to increase sales.

Will provide quarterly recaps for each account as well as weekly recaps with sales dollars, sell through, trends, best sellers, and reorders and any other potential opportunities

Must have a proficient understanding of retail math

Develop new relationships to open new Accounts within US.

Strategist with Accounts and buyers in potential development.

Desired Skills and Experience

Qualified candidates MUST possess the following:

3 years' wholesale sales experience minimum with increasing responsibilities health & beauty wholesale

Proficient in excel, power point.

Proactive, extremely organized, Ability to work in fast-paced environment, Sense of urgency, Detail oriented, Self-starter, Flexible to shifting priorities, Problem preventer, Problem solver, Meeting all deadlines, Participate in all events and activities
