Job Title: Sales Representative at Tobacco Trade Show
Location: Rosemount Convention Center, Chicago, IL
Dates: June 10th, 11th, and 12th
Hours: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM each day
Pay: $20 per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic and professional Sales Representative to assist with sales and customer engagement at a tobacco trade show. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in the tobacco industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
-Act as a brand ambassador for our company, promoting products to event attendees.
- Engage with visitors, answer questions, and provide information about our tobacco products.
- Assist in product demonstrations and promote key features and benefits.
- Collect customer contact information and record inquiries for follow-up after the event.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and professional booth appearance throughout the event.
- Process sales and assist with inventory management during the show.
- Maintain a positive and approachable demeanor at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Interest in the tobacco industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be available to work all three days (June 10th–12th) from 11 AM to 6 PM.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and interact with customers.
Compensation:
This is a temporary position paying $20 per hour. Payment will be made at the conclusion of the event.
