Senior Python Software Engineer

Several of my clients are hiring for a Senior Software Engineer, with Python and Data ETL experience.


In this high visibility role, the individual will be doing hands-on engineering as well as working with data.


Requirements:


  • CS or related degree, Masters preferred

  • 4+ years of object oriented programming in Python

  • Experience with Linux

    • Experience working with ETL workflows/pipelines
    Experience working with data management

Responsibilities:


  • Working with many internal clients/management

  • Maintaining processes and daily jobs with high uptime requirements

  • Working with 100s of gigabytes a day (high data flow), ranging from daily data coming in to a constant flow of tick dat


Three step interview process

Full Time, Perm role

Hybrid to Chicago or fully remote
