Available Positions & Responsibilities
1. Licensed Esthetician
Responsibilities:
Perform facials, skincare treatments, extractions, peels, LED therapy
Conduct skin analysis and create personalized treatment plans
Maintain clean/sanitized treatment areas
Recommend skincare products and educate clients
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a relaxing environment
Qualifications:
Valid Illinois Esthetician License
Experience with facials, waxing
Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients
Professional, reliable, and client-focused
2. Head Spa Specialist
Responsibilities:
Provide Japanese/Korean-style head spa treatments (scalp massage, steam therapy, scalp exfoliation, wash rituals)
Perform scalp analysis and recommend hair/scalp wellness plans
Create a deeply relaxing environment for clients
Maintain a clean, organized head spa station
Educate clients about scalp health and at-home care products
Qualifications:
Prior head-spa or salon-shampoo specialist experience preferred
Strong massage/scalp massage skills
Understanding of scalp health, exfoliation, and relaxation techniques
Excellent customer service skills
Training can be provided for the right candidate
3. Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)
Responsibilities:
Provide professional full-body massage services (Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, etc.)
Customize treatments based on client needs
Maintain a clean, peaceful therapy room
Understand anatomy, pressure points, and safety protocols
Document treatments and provide post-session recommendations
Qualifications:
Valid Illinois Massage Therapy License
Strong technical skills and professionalism
Ability to deliver consistent, high-quality sessions
Friendly, calm, and client-oriented
