American Vintage Home is actively hiring experienced residential HVAC installation technicians. We are looking for immediate hires as well as hires to start in May 2020. Given the current situation, we will work with you to figure out what best works for you and your family.
As an HVAC and plumbing company, we provide essential services to our community, helping to keep homes running comfortably and safely. We will continue to have work to do, especially as spring starts to warm up and so many people are at home.
It is our priority to keep our technicians busy all year long. Despite the mild winter, we kept all our technicians working full days. Over 35 years in the business, we have developed a proven strategy to protect our techs from normal slow seasons and feast or famine paychecks.

At our on-site dedicated training lab, we teach technicians about both old and new products on an ongoing basis, so they feel prepared in the field. We even keep a full-time training manager on staff to develop continuing education for our techs. We also pair experienced technicians with up-and-comers so they can learn the ropes from a seasoned mentor.
