UH Builders and Remodelers is seeking one highly skilled independent contractor to join our team for high-end residential projects. We specialize in kitchens, baths, basements, and interior renovations in La Grange, Western Springs, Hinsdale, and nearby towns.
If you can take a project from layout to completion, work cleanly in occupied homes, and communicate like a professional, this is for you.

What You Will Do
Full-scope interior remodeling
Daily jobsite management and organization
Material take-offs and coordination
Confirm plans are buildable and accurate
Maintain a clean, professional workspace
Communicate with homeowners and project manager
Keep project quality and client satisfaction high
Maintain jobsite efficiency and momentum
You are not responsible for project budget management.
Your responsibility is craftsmanship, communication, and project quality.
Requirements
10+ years residential remodeling experience
Strong carpentry and interior trade skills
Reliable truck/van and full tool setup
General liability insurance
Valid driver’s license and clean background
Experience working in occupied homes
Ability to commit to multi-week projects
Fluent English
