Key Responsibilities
As an Independent Contractor, you will:
Execute high-quality interior and exterior remodeling projects.
Maintain a clean and organized job site in occupied client homes.
Represent the company professionally with clear communication and attention to detail.
Perform material take-offs, procure necessary materials (reimbursed), and manage your own tools and transportation.
Commit to completing projects over several consecutive weeks, ensuring quality and timeliness.
Requirements
Qualified candidates must:
Have extensive experience in high-end residential remodeling.
Possess a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation (presentable to clients).
Own and maintain your own professional-grade tools.
Carry liability insurance and workers’ compensation insurance.
Be fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Provide photographs of completed projects and a portfolio showcasing your work.
Pass a background screening and provide reliable references.
Be experienced working in occupied homes, with a commitment to cleanliness and professionalism.
