Established Local Licensed Roofing Company looking to add Field Supervisor to our team in Chicago , IL Area ! You must have residential construction background with the knowledge of roofing/gutters/siding installation "it is a necessary". Strong communication skills,motivated, customer service oriented,working great under pressure, valid drivers license and clean driving record are required! Main Responsibilities include: overseeing work crews at job sites, picking up additional needed materials, returning any left over materials to supplier after job is completed, monitoring and addressing any violations of OSHA safety guidelines, reporting any installation errors to the crew and management, diagnosing leaks if needed, tarp service and warranty services.
We offer competitive pay based on experience , company car and paid gas.
