Boss Industrial inc. is seeking a highly organized and mechanically skilled Warehouse Service Technician. This role combines hands-on product preparation for shipping, in-house product repair, and direct technical phone support for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily shipping/receiving, ensure accurate inventory organization, and perform minor facility/equipment maintenance.
Execute comprehensive repair, refurbishment, repacking, testing, and disassembly/assembly of returned products.
Serve as the Level 1/2 technical contact; remotely diagnose small engine/hydraulic issues, process parts orders, and instruct customers on minor repairs.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven mechanical aptitude, preferably 2+ years of experience in small engine repair, hydraulics, or equipment maintenance. Strong working knowledge of gas engines and basic electrical/hydraulic systems.
Ability to lift 100+ lbs; forklift experience is a plus.
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills for effective customer support.
Compensation
Salary: $25-30/hour based on experience
Schedule: [Part-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 12 PM; Hours can be flexible]
