Flo Trans. Inc. is currently looking for an Intermodal dispatcher to add to our team at our Chicago office, located near Midway Airport.
The ideal candidate must be:
-Punctual
-Detail oriented
-Have a good memory to retain information related to the job
-Able to work in a fast-paced environment individually or in a group effort
-Know how to multi-task & prioritize the workload accordingly
-Have customer service skills
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Perform data entry using numerous web-based sites & dispatching software
-Understand the importance of meeting specific deadlines & customer expectations
-Background in either trucking or logistics is required. Dispatching experience is not required, however it is preferred.
This is a full time position, Mon-Fri. Start time & compensation will be discussed during interview. Pay will be based on experience. Applicant is eligible for health care & paid vacation time after 90-day probationary period is over. Applicant is eligible for company Simple IRA+match after 1 year of employment.
