Lead, coordinate, facilitate and/or guides all sprint ceremonies, depending on the meeting. These ceremonies include the daily stand-up, sprint planning, sprint demo, sprint retrospective and backlog refinement.
Provide organizational visibility including dependency resolution, longer term planning, and organizational improvement.
Guide product management teams in their role, defining MVP's, developing product roadmaps and release plans, writing stories and backlog prioritization and management.
Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to Kanban teams and Scrum Masters.
Requirements
7+ years of Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
Proven experience as leading large enterprise product/software development initiatives from the ground up.
Extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban).
Experience in prioritizing, risk, and conflict management.
