Full-Time for a traveling position: Decatur, Springfield, Peoria, Bloomington, and Champaign area in the food industry. Candidates must have experience and background in relationship building with employees, food cost, labor and other aspects of running a business. This position works directly with upper management. Candidates must have a friendly, outgoing, detailed and organized personality with a coaching disposition. Our company is looking for a leader who is self-motivated and enjoys partnering with successful Entrepreneur's to ensure their success in multiple businesses.

Position may include Saturdays, Sundays and evenings.

Work to be done in the field, team building days, positive presence is a must while building lasting relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

Helping individuals improve sales/profits, reduce costs, and increase efficiencies. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the demographics within your area of responsibility. Training and site surveys. Provide support within assigned area of responsibility. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Administrative regulations and procedures followed with appropriate documentation.

Submit documentation within allotted time frame.

Business support to enhance operations, profitability, regulations.

Responsibility to contribute directly to profitability.

Act as of service.

Time Management Requirement to maximize effectiveness of position.

Training through completion of online portal and sharing of knowledge with key personnel of assigned partners.

Attend future education programs within field.

Work as a team with fully trained professionals to effectively run business.

Implement policies and procedures as directed.

Ensure procedures are adhered to.

All other miscellaneous duties as needed.

Adhere to company dress policy and hours of operation.

Qualified Applicants Should Possess the Following:

High School Diploma or GED and 4 year College degree or equivalent combination required.

Minimum 3 years experience in food service, supervisory or management experience is a plus.

Must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record (maintain while employed).

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Have ability to understand and learn technology.

Demonstrate excellent verbal, communication and people skills.

Demonstrate skills that include: coaching, directing and motivating people.

Record of maintaining high standards.

Must be honest, dependable, and loyal.
