This contract role as a Change Manager in Deerfield, IL will be part of the change management team supporting multiple projects within the Supply Chain transformational program.
Responsibilities
Deploys change tools to drive the adoption of new behaviors.
Defines change plan milestones and deliverables and maintains planning documents.
Manages assignments to completion.
Drives project outcomes and ensure achievement of benefits.
Develops and facilitates organizational change work including change readiness assessments, develops communication for various delivery channels, contributes to learning/training including development and deployment of training materials.
Ensures timely identification and mitigation of risks and issues.
Requirements:
Distribution / Logistics functional experience
Experience working as a part of a cross-functional project team
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
Advanced PowerPoint skills
Proficient in authoring, editing, and presenting Change Management deliverables
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members
Experience writing communications for varied audiences at different levels within an organization
Able to work on multiple priorities concurrently
Collaborative work style
5-7 years of previous related experience
