Looking for a resource with solid scrum master skills who will successfully lead 2-3 Scrum Teams in our Digital Commerce Team. They will be focused on delivering the Cart and Checkout product

responsibilities:

Guide the team and the organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices.

- Guide on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks.

- Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity.

- Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.

- Support and educate the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
