Description:Customer Service: FULL-TIME ONSITE ROLE!Answer inbound calls from customers about their orders
Assist clients with service needs and provide order status to clients
Assist with scheduling deliveries to customers
Assist customers with warranty claims
Our Client Service Department is responsible for all activity on open and invoiced orders
Ensuring from the point of sale to delivery that the order goes smoothly, and the client is thrilled with our service
Post Delivery, client services resolve any issues pertaining to the item and its warranties.
