Role Specific Responsibilities • • Perform the Lead Business Analyst role for Aftermarket supply chain and Distribution Projects • Work with the business and IT team to identify, analyze and document business requirements • Document current business processes and analyze for opportunities to improve • Design, implement and support automated, reliable and available IT solutions • Lead testing efforts including documenting Test Scenarios & Test Cases • Work with Developers to ensure projects are on track and meet expectations • Prepare training materials and perform training for end users • Lead project teams to ensure milestones are met • Provide updates to IT and Business Leadership Qualifications / Required Skills
Qualifications:-
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Business or equivalent experience.
Strong functional experience in Aftermarket Supply Chain and Distribution is a must.
Experience with Order Management & Warehouse Management Operations.
Strong Communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with design, troubleshooting, and user inquiries.
Proficient with documentation - business requirements, functional specifications, user guides, workflow processes, and test casesPosition Purpose and Requirements Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems
