Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Office Assistant in LOMBARD, Illinois. The role involves working in the fields of Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services, with a focus on customer service, billing, and office management tasks. Responsibilities: Provide top-notch customer service through monitoring and responding to orders via email Execute daily order entry and customer billing, alongside processing credit card payments Handle Accounts receivable duties by ensuring correct amounts are collected in a timely manner Keep track of office and kitchen supplies and notify the Operations Manager when replenishment is needed Support the warehouse when necessary, including quality control, inventory auditing, and organizing new inventory Lead engraving activities and manage custom orders submissions Provide phone support and backup when required Produce documentation for both internal and external purposes as needed Handle customer credit requests professionally and promptly Utilize Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, Banner Ads, Computer Programs, CRM, About Time, Answer, Answering Inbound Calls, Billing Functions, Clerical Duties to perform job duties effectively. Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems Experience with ADP - Financial Services Ability to create and manage Banner Ads Fluency in various Computer Programs Experience with CRM Familiarity with the software 'About Time' Ability to Answer and manage inbound calls Experience with Billing Functions Ability to perform Clerical Duties Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize workload High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information Must be proactive and take initiative when necessary Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred Previous experience in an office environment preferred Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
