Location: Naperville, IL (Remote till Covid)
Type: ContractJob Description/Responsibilities :

• Unix, Windows, and associated monitoring toolsets.
• Candidate to be experienced and comfortable in supporting high availability 24x7 production and non-production environments.
• Communicate and consult with our client's Environment Team and technical personnel, blending with their team and working together to help identify potential problems and develop solutions.
• Candidate should be highly experienced with Unix, Windows, with the ability to support other technologies that it works with.
• Focus on System Administration expertise for operating system, patching, upgrades and administration, performance tuning, backups/recoveries and monitoring.
• Work with team members and client end users by responding to ticket requests to complete services identified in Service Now
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and remediate issues
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently with strong time-management skills and personal accountability to complete tasks in a timely manner
