Job Title: Trainer IV / (Commercial Digital Solutions (CDS) Training Manager)

Job Location: Naperville, IL 60563 (onsite/possible hybrid model) Job Description: As the Commercial Digital Solutions (CDS) Training Manager - you will be responsible for creating curriculum related to the digital space, facilitate train the trainer workshops with a 3rd party vendor and work collaboratively with our Knowledge Base team. You will be responsible for working closely with our business partners, stakeholders, product owners, knowledge coordinators and our 3rd party global help desk vendor. What you will do: • Work closely with the business and our CDS Program team to create digital curriculum (portal, applications and IoT solutions) in an adult learning train the trainer model. • Facilitate train the trainer curriculum to our 3rd party global help desk partner. • Prepare and onboard solutions and requirements as initiatives come into the Digital Global Help Desk program. • Assist in the onboarding process of each digital initiative • Ensure that all support knowledge base articles align with the curriculum that has been facilitated. • Work with the platform product owner as new features/enhancements are made on each digital initiative to update the curriculum and facilitate the updates to our 3rd party global digital help desk partner. • Work closely with CDS Marketing Communications Manager to ensure that content meets standards and requirements. • Work closely with our 3rd party to implement and convert content into multiple languages. • Assist the business and the marketing team in creating customer and employee self-help content (Level 0). Minimum Qualifications: • 10+ years professional work experience • 5+ years of corporate training experience (facilitation and curriculum design) • 5+ years of creating adult learning content • Experience creating “train the trainer” content • Experience with Agile/Scrum framework • Vendor relationship management experience • Experience building and supporting complex projects and initiatives • Experience with IT application delivery/solution curriculum design Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business/education • Strong presentation skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong business acumen • Strong interpersonal skills to successfully work with other associates • Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels/roles such as CDS peers, product owners, business users and executives • Project management skills • ServiceNow/CSM experience
