Top Skills Details:
1. Lead experience (would consider a developer that has mentored previously in an Agile enviornment that is interested in Lead as his next career step).
2. .Net, C#, MVC, SQL Server, Javascript framework (Angular, React, or Vue.JS - React is preferred!)
3. E-commerce/pubic facing website experience.
