This is for the 90-Day initiative that includes SAP OTC, PTP, PTM Embedded TM Master Data and Analytics.

The SAP Organizational Change Management (OCM) lead is responsible for the OCM component of SAP projects. This includes planning and delivering all aspects of OCM during the entire project lifecycle. Specifically, this position will:

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Executive Alignment workshops to clarify business transformation vision and scope, case for change, and program governance model
  • Define, develop, and drive the execution of the overall OCM strategies based on the business transformation program vision
  • Identify and analyze, develop the management plans, and facilitate on-going engagement for Stakeholders
  • Develop the overall Communication strategy and plan to include creating and delivery of internal and external communications, messages and supporting materials
  • Develop support networks (e.g. Change Agent Network, Super User Network, etc.), roles and responsibilities, and timeline to support program activities (as needed)
  • Facilitate Organization Alignment/Design as well as end-user to role mapping activities (as applicable) to support process and organizational changes
  • Conduct Change Impact and Readiness assessments to identify key changes or readiness gaps that will impact the organization, and develop and execute change management activities to support the transition
  • Define and manage the execution of Training Strategies and Plans (to include training delivery plan and methods, environments, tools, approval cadence, logistics, and scheduling).
  • Manage the creation and maintenance of all program-related training materials, Train-the-Trainer approach, training schedule development, training metrics and measurement approach, training environment management
  • Credibility and ability to interact with and influence all levels of the organization
  • You will drive the required organizational change given the understanding of the culture
  • Apply OCM methodology, adjusting it as needed to fit the particular needs of the project and environment
  • Prepare high-level and detailed OCM plans for the project and integrate these plans with the master project plan
  • Confirm adequate sponsorship of the project and advise the sponsors regarding their project roles
  • Facilitate alignment among the sponsors, leaders of key stakeholder groups, and project team leaders to the projects goals
  • Advise the sponsors, stakeholder leaders, and project team leaders about the projects people dynamics, such as regarding how to manage conflicts and address politics
  • Advise the project leaders about how to optimize the performance of the project team, such as establishing good project governance, clarifying roles and responsibilities, and implementing processes for project communication and decision-making
  • Conduct change readiness assessments and recommend ways to improve readiness
  • Analyze change impacts and help to mitigate the people aspects
  • Participate in security role-mapping
  • Identify OCM risks and help to mitigate them
  • Build a network of change agents for the project
  • Implement ways to engage stakeholders through communication, involvement, and by providing support, such as by developing communication materials and preparing project leaders to deliver communications
  • Oversee training, including designing the curriculum, coordinating the development of materials, convening trainers, and coordinating deliveryand introduce creative alternatives to traditional classroom training, such as eLearning, video, and self-directed methods
  • Develop a plan to sustain the changes
  • Report progress on OCM status

Skills:
  • Experience leading the organization change management activities for a single project, as well as managing OCM activities across multiple projects
  • Competent in organizational change principles and methods, both tactical (e.g., communications plans) and strategic (e.g., addressing the cultural aspects of change)
  • Experience applying OCM in all phases of the ERP project lifecycle, SAP a plus
  • Experience working with large-scale projects and geographically dispersed project participants
  • Experience with organization design a plus
  • Able to work effectively within a fast-paced, project environment (e.g., meet project timelines and reporting requirements)
  • Able to influence organizational leaders, without having positional authority
  • Able to work as a member of a team by working with and through others
  • Strong interpersonal skills, especially in speaking, listening, writing, and presenting

Required:
  • Bachelors degree or higher in organizational development, communications, business, learning, or similar AND OR 7 years equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of experience leading OCM for large-scale SAP ERP projects or other complex technology initiatives

Preferred:
  • Prior consulting experience delivering projects, with a large consulting firm a plus
  • Certification with Prosci, LaMarsh Managed Change or other change management methodology a plus
