Job/Position: Asset Management Analyst

Contract: 03/28/2022 to 03/14/2023 with possibility of extension.

Brief: 100 percent On-site

Qualifications & Responsibilities:
  • 2 years of mobile support experience.
  • Customer support for mobility.
  • Email support.
  • Mobility knowledge.
  • Support 70+ thousand mobile users and assist the project.
  • Handling decent number of tickets per day.
  • Documentation and assisting the team.
  • MS office experience.
  • Willing to learn.
  • Helping the users to migrate to new platform.
  • General IT support experience.

Question: Medical device or FDA experience required?

Answer: Not required.

Question: Individual with CSR role with any other industry preferable?

Answer: As long as they are willing to learn more and assist the customers.

Duties:
Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the PC hardware and software asset system. Indirectly supervise the monitoring of incoming work orders to ensure fulfillment in a timely and accurate manner. Monitors and reviews software license and hardware compliance. Facilitates adequate stock levels to ensure request fulfillment in a timely manner. Performs work using existing standards, methodologies and processes and has an understanding of other systems/business processes relationship to each other. Provides and analyzes metrics necessary to support desktop asset functions. Helps guide the efforts of less experienced staff and may have indirect supervision to contractors. Responsible for compliance with applicable corporate policies and procedures. Maintains productive relationships with peers, IT management, functional business areas and external partners. Works with limited general supervision. Regular assignments are completed with minimal supervision. Guides the efforts of less experienced staff. Has basic input to decisions that impact planning and goal setting activities. Generates ideas and develops general approaches to workflow process. Errors or failure to achieve expected results may result in the expenditure of more resources than was planned or could have a direct impact on software or hardware compliance.

Required:
  • Bachelors Degree, No advanced degree required.
  • 2-4 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of regulations and standards affecting desktop software and hardware compliance.
  • Advanced knowledge in the use of the entire Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent Customer support skills. Knowledge in records keeping, statistical analysis, reporting and desktop asset lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of desktop operating systems , application support as well as desktop application licensing and contract management.
  • Knowledge and understanding of process flow and desktop inventory system functionality.
