As a Senior Manager, Strategic Change in Enterprise PMO at Kellogg, you will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies while contributing towards the development of the organization’s change management capabilities. Working amongst our progressive team of Strategic Change Management professionals, in this role you will develop innovative change management solutions, create employee engagement campaigns, build communication and training plans, and provide coaching and consultative support to our IT and business partners. Strategic Thought Partner – You’ll provide Strategic Change thought leadership and consulting to Business and IT Strategists driving readiness and adoption that maximizes the people related value on Kellogg strategic priorities.

Lead Change – We believe that we can drive positive change for the future, for each other, our company and our communities. In this role, you’ll lead and execute strategic change management by applying a structured methodology. This includes leading strategy development, stakeholder analysis, change impact and readiness assessments, communication, training and adoption plans along with end-user facing deliverable creation and delivery.

Advance Enterprise Capabilities in Change Management – Two scoops of communication and leadership will be key ingredients in your recipe for success in this role. Collaborating with key leaders and team members, you will coach and enable others to develop, execute, and measure the success of their own change management strategies and deliverables. YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESSRequired Skills:

High School Diploma or GED and significant related Change Management experience

Solid understanding of the change management industry and the ability to incorporate best practices as they emerge

Team leadership skills, experience/in-depth knowledge of business operations and IT processes

Experience influencing, communicating, and working effectively with all levels within the organization, with extensive experience synthesizing complex and detailed information into organized outputs such as executive level presentations, sizzle videos, and sell decks.

Extensive experience leading and managing simultaneous complex Strategic Change Programs and Projects, with a high level of experience creating and implementing strategic vision, and tactical execution to drive business results

Experience training and coaching others in change management concepts and execution

Proven experience developing and delivering Strategic Change Projects from beginning to end: Strategic Change Management, Project Planning, Leadership Alignment, Stakeholder Engagement, Strategic Change Communications, Education Solutions, Knowledge Transfer, Business Readiness and Adoption

Proven ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, managing multiple high priority initiatives, and working effectively in a fast pace environment

Proficient in MS Word, MS Project, Excel, SharePoint and Outlook and advanced expertise in PowerPoint

Bonus Points:

Bachelor’s degree in Change Management, Communications, HR, Business or related field

Demonstrated conflict resolution, negotiation and influencing skills

Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges

Forward looking with a holistic approach

Adaptable and able to work in ambiguous situations

Proven success working with corporate senior leadership teams
