Description Robert Half is seeking a Polish speaking Legal Assistant with at least 2+ years of legal experience to support attorneys in a fast-paced Park Ridge, IL law firm. The responsibilities for this Legal Assistant include but are not limited to: Ensure copied documents are duplicates of their original documents
Stay proactive on legal research and investigative tasks, including obtaining information or documents from outside parties, as directed
Generate correspondence and memorandum
Support team by providing information, answering questions and requests
Cultivate computer database input and retrieval
Gather documents for photocopying/scanning
Scout and retrieve electronic documents from a variety of court and agency web sites
Keep e-documents and files organized
Maintain word processing, filing and faxing
Matter management, record keeping, etc
Store documents and assemble data as directed by lawyers and paralegals
Requirements
Requirements for this position include:Bachelor's degree preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to interact with all levels of Firm staff
Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented
