Randstad is assisting a local client in recruiting for a Patient Accounts-Customer Service Rep in Peoria IL. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity that will give you valuable experience to enhance your career. As a Patient Accounts-Customer Service Rep you will be responsible for answering a high number of inbound calls and providing proper instruction on how to resolve issues. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills as well as the ability to communicate to both patients as well as medical facilities.
