You will own end-to-end selling of appropriate products for Orthopedic procedures and focus on driving growth among targeted accounts. You will acquire in-depth knowledge of the Wound Closure and Biosurgery products and targeted procedures, while covering a designated territory. In this role you will be interacting with Orthopedic surgeons and their surgical suite staff in the Operating Room. Responsibilities As a AIRMAN AND FAMILY READINESS SPECIALIST (TITLE 5), GS-0301-9, you will serve as the family readiness and support services representative at an ANG Wing and coordinate concurrently with the Force Support Squadron Commander/Human Resource Officer (Director of Personnel (DP)) at each wing, Joint Force Headquarters - State (JFHQ-ST) Family Program Director, NGB Family Programs Office, and US Air Force/Major Command (MAJCOM) Family Readiness Directors. Major Duties - This is NOT an all-inclusive list: Coordinate information for seminars, conferences, and orientation workshops as appropriate for family members and volunteers. Conduct briefings and training for family members and volunteers. Develop monthly or quarterly unit Family Readiness newsletters and solicit articles for the wing, state, and national family newsletters. Provide advice and assistance to the unit leadership in identifying and addressing family issues and demographic trends, which impact mission readiness and retention. Identify Wing family needs and concerns and present appropriate plans, and recommendations to facilitate family readiness and support decisions.
