Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelors (BSN)OR have registered for BSN program within 18 months of hire date and completeBSN program within 6 years of hire date.
RN-RegisteredNurse License within the State of Illinois.
2 years ofclinical experience in a healthcare setting.
PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS :
3 years ofrelated acute or ambulatory clinical experience.
Proficiency withElectronic Medical Record, Microsoft applications, and keyboarding skills, witha minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute.
Excellentinterpersonal skills and the ability to work with a wide variety of people.
Critical thinkingand excellent communication skills.
Proven ability towork independently and strong decision-making skills.
