Seeking an Overnight & occasional PRN Caregiver (Private Hire) Morton
Seeking a compassionate caregiver to work with our mother and provide patience,
integrity and reliability, for an overnight shift.
Hours are:
Monday thru Thursday 11pm to 6am - Friday 11pm to 7am
PRN - if available to cover other shifts on fill in basis.
Job duties will include:
Assigned shift duties (varies from shift to shift to keep it fair for all caregivers)
- Companionship
- Mostly the shift will consist of being present and ensure our Mother remains safe. This shift you are allowed to sleep once our Mother has gone to sleep for the night. Normally she is in bed and asleep by time you arrive.
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Have a passion for caring for the elderly.
- Have experience with Dementia/Alzheimer's
- Must have reliable transportation/insurance.
- Must have either a High School diploma or GED and some CNA or Home Health Aide training
- Effective communication skills, professionalism, and client focus are essential for success in this role.
-Must be able to pass criminal background check and be able to legally work in the United States.
