Rustic Oaks Lawn and Grounds serves the Greater Peoria area for Commercial/Residential Grounds Maintenance and Landscape/Hardscape installations. We are currently looking to immediately hire a Full-time experienced Grounds Maintenance Foreman.
This position requires;
1. Ability to ID plants and shrubs.
2. Experience in proper trimming and pruning of plants/shrubs.
3. Knowledge of how to properly install plants and shrubs.
4. Plant installations.
5. Complete grounds maintenance.
6. Knowledge of tools, pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers.
MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE!
Absolutely no exceptions.
You must have daily reliable transportation to and from work. The position is full time to include mowing and working with our Lawn and Grounds crews on other projects and client maintenance.
Overtime is paid at 1.5 of hour rate. Employees must maintain a professional appearance, work well alone and with others, and have basic knowledge of equipment repair and maintenance.
