A nationally recognized facility management company is seeking to hire a full-time HVAC Mechanic at the Peoria Federal Building in Peoria,IL. The individual will be working Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm, and all federal holidays will be observed.

Essential Job Function:
Inspect HVAC systems and their components to evaluate condition
Identify necessary repairs and perform routine preventive maintenance
Use and operate Building Automation system (BAS)
Maintain and repair hot water heating systems
Maintain and repair air handling untis(AHU), boiler, condensers, chiller and cooling towers, filter replacement,coil cleaning and belt drive repair
Adjust system controal to the manufacturer's recommendations
Minimum Education: Possess a high school diploma or as require per task order
Minimum Experience: Must have at least three years of recent ( within the past 5 years) experience in mechanical maintenance of building with similar types of equipment and systems.
Certification and License in one or more of : N.A.T.E. HVAC service technician certification, HVAC Excellence Professional Level Certification, and/ or UA Star HVAC Mastery Certification.
The applicant must be able to pass Security Clearance to work at a Federal Facility.
