JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
Ameridream Fence & Deck is looking for a motivated individual for a Sales position. This position would be perfect for someone who is looking to hit the ground running and taking most of the leads in these areas while making above average additional income. Ideally, we are looking for someone who either has experience in construction, building trades or contracting.
This is an Outside Sales position with provided leads and full time. Concentration on both business and private home fencing in an established territory of Peoria, Bloomington, Decatur, Springfield and the surrounding areas. Ameridream Fence & Deck has a great work atmosphere.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Must have a professional demeanor

- A strong work ethic
- Exceptional listening & communication skills and problem solving abilities
- Honesty & Integrity a MUST
- Previous sales experience in exterior home improvements preferred, but will consider training the right individual
- Ability to draw professional, accurate and detailed site drawings
- Strong mathematical skills
