Position: Operator-CNC Location: Michigan Primary Site:Quincy span style="color: #000000;"Summary: Responsible for Operator ndash; CNC job duties of running a CNC Robot machining center(s). To ensure that parts produced are meeting customer quality specifications and all operations, up to this point, required to be completed on the part have been done./spanspan style="color: #000000;"/span span style="color: #000000;"Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: /span ol liCan run a CNC machine independently/li liNeeds to be able to trouble shoot an automated process, including CNC machines (with completion of off sets) and robots/li liResponsible for the quality of the product produced/li liRequires accurate use of attribute and variable gauges, inspection of the part to assure tooling is in good repair (monitor for non-breakage)/li liGood communication skills with fellow employees/li liSafety accountability as responsible for following all safety practices and procedures./li liAttendance regular and predictable attendance as scheduled with good attendance record/li liemComplete all computer activities/em (e.g. Plex quality checks, log ins, Time off tracking; and Paycom HR system as required)/li liPositive Attitude keeping a positive outlook and being respectful of others/li liAs needed, support overall Quality goals per the Paragon Quality Policy/li liObserve work, monitor gauges, dials, and other indicators to ensure that production conforms to production or processing standards/li liPerform tool changes and checks and monitor machine functions/li liBlue Print Reading/li liMust be able to react to deviations and contact proper personnel to remedy any problems/li liWilling to train for additional assigned work as directed by Supervisor/Manager/li /ol emProduction with CNC machining experience in manufacturing environment is preferred. /em
