Busy staffing firm located in Minooka is looking for a full time Staffing Recruiter. Candidates must have one year of high volume recruiting experience and applicant processing. Candidates must have payroll and personnel software (Avionte) experience, time and attendance knowledge (Novatime). Bi lingual (Spanish/English) not required but preferred. Responsibilities include but not limited too:
· Responsible for filling Job Orders
· Screening qualified candidates over the phone to match the job
· Daily staffing reports and records
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
· Experience with Microsoft Office programs
