Ideally resides in Minnesota / Illinois

This Associate / Mid-level Business Analyst will perform configuration of data collections forms which support client auditing programs. You will work alongside application developers, SQL analysts, report developers and project managers who are responsible for delivering actionable information to client customers.

Must Haves:

• Technical Degree
• 1+ Year in corporate environment working as: Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, Process Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Data Analyst type capacity
• Proficient in Excel
• Communication excellence
• Strong w/ MS Excel ( vlookups, pivot tables, extraction, query, etc. )
• SQL ( queries, loading, etc. )
• JavaScript

• Onboard and re-launch customers onto our auditing platform, which includes:
  • New form creation or modifications to existing forms
  • Configuration of application for on-site data collection
  • Definition of rule-based report distribution
  • Development of complex scoring algorithms using JavaScript
  • Customization of digital reports using JavaScript
  • Configuration of data collection forms, reports, and associated emails
  • Testing of data collections forms, reports, and rule-based distribution
  
  
  



• Partner with customer success teams to determine best practices for converting customer requirements into technical configurations.



• Enhance existing data collections forms and reports according to evolving customer needs.



• Work with both database analysts and internal customer success teams to determine the content and layout of BI reports that will bring our data to life through impactful presentation to the reader.

• A self-starter, displaying an interest and ability to acquire new skills and work with different technologies
