Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineering Manager within our Corporate Services department to lead a growing team of ServiceNow engineers as we build out the future of our Human Resources and Employee Center capabilities on the ServiceNow platform. This is a player/coach role where you'll have the opportunity to continue to build both your leadership and ServiceNow skills, spending approximately 50% of your time performing hands on development work and acting as a technical lead and the other 50% working with your engineers to build a strong engineering practice and culture.
Responsible for the application ownership, development delivery, and support for value streams. Manages a team including hiring, directing, mentoring, and assigning work.
