CUSTOMER ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE
Peterson Cleaning, INC is looking for a motivated person with good communication and excellent organizational skills to join our team. Our office is located in Rockford but this person would be responsible for accounts located in IL and WI so daily driving would be required but a company car would be provided if needed or mileage reimbursement. Our Customer Account Representative is responsible to maintain a relationship with our customers and assure a high level of cleaning at each account from our cleaners. This person manages new job start up processes from equipment placement, to employee training. Our office hours are Monday through Friday 9am-5pm but this position does require evening hours for training and job start ups, therefore this person must be flexible with their schedule and able to start later and work later when needed.
