Electric Power Systems Contracts is currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team, working in a hands-on, collaborative environment. Makes improvements to functional processes to ensure the organization's compliance and effectiveness.Primary Responsibilities:
Draft, interpret, & manage contract documents in support of Contracts & the Business Unit
Adhere to Import / Export Compliance Requirements
Ensure coordination with the Customer program team
Proposal preparation, negotiations, contract administration and contract activities to ensure contract acquisition and fulfillment are in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
Participate in the review and negotiation of terms and conditions of customer agreements.
Manage Customer demand scheduling and purchase order fulfillment, coordinate demand effort with Program and Operations teams
Manage financial and operational impacts to the Business Unit
Accounts Receivable management
Risk mitigation and management
Adhere to and comply with Standard work processes, driving significant improvements to processes to enhance department performance and effectiveness.
Maintain and organize Contracts Audit Artifacts
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
Disseminate (flowdown) Customer contractual requirements within the organization
Liaison between internal and external customers QualificationsBasic Qualifications:These are the minimum qualifications to do the job:
Bachelor’s Degree in the appropriate discipline and 3 years of relevant experience
High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 7 years of relevant experience
