Task of Position
Create Menu
Order Food and Produce
Verify Deliveries and Check Invoices
Perform temperature checks to prevent food borne illness
Maintain a very clean kitchen environment, dispose of grease properly, clean equipment and dishes
Proper storage of all food items
Other Requirements
Submit to a drug and criminal background check
Must be mobile, able to lift 50#, work in confined spaces
