Prairie State Winery is looking for someone to run our small limited menu kitchen. Must have solid kitchen experience and a positive team attitude. A food handlers certificate is a plus. This position is full time from Weds. thru Sunday. Our kitchen is only open Thursday thru Sunday with Weds being a prep day. This is not a high volume kitchen so stress is greatly reduced. We typically have a choice of just 6 to 8 menu options. We also would utilize a passion for creation for ticketed wine and food pairings every other month. This is a perfect position for an individual who loves working with food and creating unique menu items but wants a slower paced and less stressful environment.
