- experienced with line cooking and preparations; salsa's & sauces, pasta and pizza& Mexican
- ServSafe certification is a plus.
- Work calmly and effectively while under pressure
- Must be self-motivated and organized

- Assist with cleaning, sanitizing and organization of the entire kitchen
