Must haves¦

¦Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as Kitchen Manager/ Sous Chef in full service, high volume casual dining.

¦Skillful planner with basic business fundamentals.

¦Strong communication skills. (verbal and written)

¦Ability to work 10+ hour shifts, with extensive standing/walking.

¦Ability to lift materials and/ or products up to 50 pounds.
