The Shortline Sushi Bar in downtown Belvidere, Illinois is looking for a sushi chef. Sushi chefs are responsible for day-to-day prep, cutting down fish, and preparing sauces and garnishes for service. We are looking for someone with sushi experience (or willing to learn). Ability to cut sashimi and nigiri properly is a plus! Chefs must be able to work within sanitation guidelines and follow safety procedures as well. Please respond with your full resume.
