We are looking for Automotive Manager, with at least 10 years auto shop experience in order to maintain work quality, a professional atmosphere, and a steady work flow.
⢠Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems
⢠Manage all activities of the shop while delegating and controlling work flow
⢠Hire and develop a skilled workforce
⢠Maintain facility/comply with all safety regulations
⢠Resolve any/all emergencies
⢠Schedule shift coverage and approve timekeeping
⢠Parts sourcing and inventory control
⢠Provide timely updates on the status of repairs
⢠Excellent communication skills oral and written
⢠Interpersonal and supervisory skills
⢠High level of analytical ability where problems are complex
⢠Excellent planning and organizing skills
⢠Have knowledge and experience in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance **
⢠Must be capable of multi-tasking and executing in a fast-paced environment
⢠Knowledge of service and warranty policies and procedures
⢠Have a valid driver's license
⢠Honest, goal-oriented and energetic team player
